Back from Sepang

We set off rather late as planned initial because there were some unexpected traffics flow at the Tuas checkpoint. There were total 11 cars, Maserati MC Victory, The drive up to Sepang was a bit of fast n furious. At Sepang, the weather was fine sunny and dry. Its such a very wonderful experience driving on Sepang International Circuit fpr the 1st time. Total was about 38 cars registered for this event.

Safely got home without much issue.

Getting all excited

Tomorrow will be an exciting moments of my life as I finally get to drive in Sepang International Circuit, Malaysia. Its BMW-SG Track-day organized by forum member, Jack aka TrippleM.



Venue : Sepang International Circuit
Date : May 30, 2008
Time : Afternoon session 1pm-4pm
Track fee : MYR 350 per car per driver
Eligibility : Strictly BMW-SG Registered Members Only.

So far I had some basic performance and handling modification on my humble BMW E90 320i. There are RAYS ENG. Volk Progressive ME 19" Staggered Front 9.5J ET+35 Rear 8.5J ET+30 with Continental Sport Contact 2 Front 235/35 Rear 265/30 and Bilstein B16 PSS9 Coilover Suspension. Also, a K&N drop-in air-filter.

We will be meet at Petronas 2nd Link on Fri 30 May 9am. I'll be joining convoy lead by Jeremy aka Totoseow. Hope he won't gun his Maserrati MC Victory.

I'll bring along my SONY DCR-PC110E Pal DV camcorder to be mount inside my car and film during track driving. I've did a test mount last night, I'm glad it work out fine.

THE MWOS Workshop 2008

The ManyWaysOfSeeing 2008 Workshop is a design awarenesses workshop for primary and secondary school students leading to an MWOS exhibition of projects through the collaboration between the designers and students.

The workshop was presented by Singapore Design Council and organized by Singapore Polytechnic. I'm pleased to be engage as external consultant - designer for this year MWOS workshop and I've officially accept their offers yesterday during the briefing.

The 1 phrase of the workshop will starts from 2-6 June, I'm looking forward to this event.

an introduction

Hi! everyone. Just to say 'Hello' to the world. I'm ACU from Singapore.

For my 1st post, I like to share with everyone a MINI-ed signature that I recently started to made out of boredom. It my BMW E90 3-Series Model 320i which I bought about a year ago. It is used for BMW-SG Forum that I came to know after purchasing the car and had been actively participate lately. Its always fun to customized and personalize unique signature to differentiate myself with other forum user on the post in the forum.

Some business ideas had been spinning in my head since I started creating these MINI-ed art. Currently I made it into wallpaper for my desktop and planning to produce it into stickers and t-shirt. What do you guys think? Would someone crazy enough to want to wear my art on them?
